Incendium Draco
Dragon of the Flame
Now extinct, the Incendium was a fearsome looking dragon, however once you got past being scared of the beast, you would soon learn that they were well tempered and highly loyal. Once they had a "master" they would strive to be the best they possibly could. This would eventualy be their undoing.
Extinction:
Once the Erebus Mountain volcano, Mt Aestus, became extinct as a volcano the Incendium began to die out, untill all the wild incendium were gone. This only left the domestic ones, and their willing to work for their "master" drove most of them to their deaths.

Anatomy:
The Incendium dragon was a large dragon, reaching around 27ft from head to foot, with a wingspan of 32ft. Their colouration ranges from red to black, depending on their age. When they are born they are bright red, almost glowing, as they could camoflage themselves against the lava that they hatched next to. As they age, the red fades through a period of grey, reaching black as they reach adulthood. However they are not compleatly black, with red markings outlining their features.
These dragons can "breath" fire, and they use it to their advantage.

Interactions with Gians:
As stated before, the Incendium make loyal dragons, and will strive to please their master in whatever way possible. For many years they were used to stoke fires, and bring warmth into the home, howevrer since their extinction they have been missed dearly. Being large dragons they took up lots of room, however if you can cope with a large dragon they were hard workers.
